What to Expect in 2024!

Ministry News: What to Expect in 2024!

Looking back, 2023 was a full year for CMOTO and as we look ahead, it appears that 2024 will continue that pace. Not only will we be completing 10 years of ministry from our Branson location (and 16 years of ministry total!), we are also excited about the doors God is opening as we move forward.

First, a little review for 2023. Renovations, record number of speakings, and a consistent stream of good reviews were just some of the blessings we experienced last year. In addition, we launched our campaign for an impressive digital sign for our new property. As for our team, several furthered their knowledge and personal experience on two fossil digs. And to top it off, in December we celebrated our 50,000 visitor to our Branson location! As always the Lord has been faithful to us.

Coming This Year...

May Conference. Last month we announced our Pastors & Leaders Conference in May. Out team will be joined by creation speaker Mike Riddle as we look at Examining the Evidence. Check our website or social media for more info.

Sign Project. For those of you that may have been wondering: The sign project is still underway! As we continue to wade through months of delays and red tape, we recognize the battle is a spiritual one, and we ask you to join us in prayer that doors would be opened. The difficulties definitely set our timeline back, but we’re looking forward to completing it this year.

Exhibits. Even the museum itself is getting in on the fun! For those who haven’t seen yet, Hall 1 got a major face lift last year, and we’re looking forward to doing more of the same this year. Please pray for our Exhibit Production Team as they work to make the museum experience better than ever.

Interns/Training. Another exciting aspect of the ministry we’re continuing– and even expanding-– from last year is our intern/training program. We realize excellence means we are always growing, we as a team, are seeking to do just that. Going into a new year, all of our tour guides–not just interns–will receive a new course of training on the Scripture and science we share on tour.

How You Can Help!

For the work of upholding the reliability of the Bible to continue here in Branson, we can’t do it alone. Your importance to this work is summed up in three words: Pray, Give, & Serve

Pray. If evolution’s ungodly worldview will be cast down, it starts and ends in prayer. Please pray for God’s word to have free course and for unity among our wonderful team.

Give. As a Branson attraction which offers free admission, your giving is crucial to our work. Thank you for your faithful support and know your contributions are not in vain!

Serve. We have a need for many more to join our team. As ministry expands, so does the need for laborers. For more information on what opportunities to volunteer are available, head to our Volunteer page or call us at (417) 561-0750.

These are big goals before us, but we are often reminded of what our founder, Dr. Rod Butterworth would encourage us with, “We can’t do it. God can. And we believe He will.”  See you in 2024!
