In the United States, It is estimated that less than 12 percent of people younger than 30 believe that the Bible is the actual Word of God. With organized religion at an all-time low, it is less likely that this 82 percent will ever hear the Bible’s authenticity, and preservation preached from a church pulpit or outreach ministry.
If people don’t hear the Bible confirmed as the Word of God from the church, then who will tell them? Where will they hear this truth?
They will hear it from believers sharing it with them personally.
At the Creation Experience Museum, We bridge this gap educating and inspiring people with the authority and reliability of the Bible. We use science to showcase the existence of the Creator and to convey the message of the Gospel.

The reliability of Genesis is the foundation for the Bible's central message: the Gospel. As the climax of our tour, we share this most important story, and explain the way that man can be made right with God.

Beyond the tour, we hope our visitors will continue to dive into the issue themselves, and we have over 300 books, DVDs, and fossils in our bookstore to help them on their journey.

We believe Branson Missouri is a mission field with the potential for spreading biblical truth and the Gospel throughout the world. It all starts with a new museum.
The Vision
In 2007, after visiting an evolutionary museum in Branson, Missouri, our founder Dr.
Rod Butterworth was impressed by the desperate need for Biblical Creationism to be proclaimed
to a generation who is routinely fed the lies of evolution. After much prayer, God laid out a plan
for the seemingly impossible: a state-of-the-art biblical creation museum visited by millions of
people a year.
That same year, what would become the Creation Experience Museum moved into a
small-town office space in Strafford, Missouri and began accepting visitors. In 2013, God
provided a building alongside US Highway 65, a road traversed by over nine million people
every year. This location has seen thousands of visitors, taking in families, youth groups,
homeschool groups, public school groups, and guests from around the world. Then, the summer
of 2018 brought a new blessing. God provided us with fifty acres on Highway 65 Outer Road
which has wonderful visibility from the highway. This land provides space for much-needed
expansion and hope for Phase 3 of our vision. Namely, to mold the current museum experience
into a sophisticated facility equipped with holograms, dinosaur replicas, a planetarium, rooms for
video presentations, sharing the Gospel, and so much more.
Since our beginning in 2007, the Creation Experience Museum has operated with free
admission, on donations only. Every step of the way, God has proved Himself faithful. He has
blessed the work of those who humbly serve Him, pushing forward, holding the line, sharing the
Gospel with every individual who walks through our doors in search of truth.
