Ministry News: Attention Pastors & Leaders

In Jude 1:3, we find the exhortation to “to contend earnestly for the faith”. It was exactly for this purpose that Creation Experience Museum exists today and we’ve been honored to do so to over 50,000 guests. Now, it’s with great excitement we announce a conference for pastors and Christian leaders to follow this crucial command in their churches and circles of influence!

  • When: Saturday, May 18th, 2024
  • Where: Branson, MO
  • Who: Pastors, church leaders, and Christian influencers
  • Theme: Examine The Evidence

As the theme suggests, this conference will present compelling evidence for the reliability of the Bible you can then take back to your people. And we are thrilled to have as our keynote speaker, Mike Riddle. Mike Riddle is an author, speaker, and founder of Creation Training Initiative. In addition, Mike Riddle’s credentials include:

  • B.S. Mathematics, M.A. Education
  • Junior and senior high school teacher
  • Adjunct professor Northwest Graduate School of the Ministry
  • Speaker and author for Answers in Genesis
  • Director and/or instructor for institutions such as Institute for Creation Research Graduate School, U.S. Sprint, Microsoft, and the United States Marine Corps

The Rest of the Question

We’ve all been asked the question. “Why does God allow evil in the world?” But there is another side to that question, a query that cannot be addressed by logic, history, or facts. It’s the heart behind the question, often a bruised heart deeply wounded by evil, loss, or betrayal.

The Old Testament: Mountains of Evidence

In the previous month of Creation Matters, we examined answers to the question “How do we know Genesis (and for that matter the entire Old Testament) has been accurately preserved to our time?” In this article, we will unpack a very, very brief overview of the scientific and scholarly side of this question, touching on early manuscripts, scribal practice, and ancient witnesses to the O.T. text.
